FROM THE CONSTITUTION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION:
"...the only source of power in the Russian Federation is its multinational people"
(paragraph 1 article 3).
Thus, the authority can be formed only by means of statements, corrected by people, because only people is the only source of authority.
But people has not such statements. Law constrains citizens to put ballots into urnes.
"The highest direct expression of people’s power is referendum and free election"
(paragraph 3, article 3).
The law does not give to people such opportunity. People does not exercises out DIRECTLY neither referenda, nor elections;
they do not know the wills of citizens and only wait "what tomorrow will authority declare, will a lie be small or great?"
"A person’s and citizen’s rights and freedoms ... are provided by law court"
(article 18).
Suffrages of citizens are not provided by justice. Citizens have not any acceptable documents for a law-court.
All acceptable documents about elections are at institutions of authority. The authority usurped suffrages of citizens.

Everyone has the right at definition of its civil rights and duties on the true public investigation of the case in a reasonable time by an independent and impartial court on the basis of Law.
(article 6).
And this resulting power of the international contract of the Russian Federation is broken. Law about the basic guarantees of suffrages of citizens breaks these rights of citizens really. The citizens, who have put ballots into urnes, have not any election documents, acceptable for trial.
FROM THE FEDERAL LAW OF JUNE 12TH, 2003 "ABOUT THE MAIN GUARANTEES OF VOTING RIGHTS AND THE RIGHT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION CITIZENS FOR PARTICIPATION IN REFERENDUM":
For the purposes of the present Federation Law the following terms and notions are used:
A bulletin - a voting paper (paragraph 6, part 1, article 2).
As the law doesn’t determine this keyword of voting, we’ll make clearer the fact: at present legislation the ballot is not the document
of citizen, it's document of election committee, ballots are signed and authenticated by seal by officials of election committee.
Voting at the elections and referendum is secret,
and possibility of any control of a citizen’s wills is excluded (article 7).
That’s it, a control of people, of the only source of power in the Russian Federation, under will of a voter is excluded.
Accordingly, people do not realize the election process. The election process is managed by election committees secretly,
which have not of such constitutional powers. Suffrages of citizens are usurped.
Base positions of the constitutional building of the Russian Federation are overthrown.
People lives in lie, the highest lie is elections.
