What is new in voting by rules of Constitution of the Russian Federation?
the state registration of voices of voters is provided;
voices of voters are published officially under registration numbers for a control by peoples; after control by people this publication gets the status of the people's legal statement;
only the voter knows the number, under which its voice is registered and published;
voters have official documents on their voices on election and supervise election process, using these documents.
How is it necessary to vote?
You go to a polling place to exercise your constitutional right - to form authority.
Receive a form of ballot (bulletin) and fill it, write your vote.
Insert the ballot into the device of the state registration of your vote (as a bought ticket when you pass through turnstile).
Scanner of the device finds your inscription on the ballot and prints the registration number atop of your inscription.
Your vote, certified by the registration number under the control of observers, is a incontestable written proof that such event took place.
You take out the certified ballot and store it, as the major document about your vote.
The registration device writes down your vote into the database of the election company under the number of the state registration, as well as votes of other voters.
Thus your secret is kept. Only you know, under what number your vote is registered and published.
The database with votes of all voters is published officially with a view of realization of the right of people to exercise election process directly ; this is the bases of constitutional building (Constitution of the Russian Federation, article 3, paragraf 1 and 3);
And the state is obliged to recognize, observe and defend your rights (article 2 of Constitution of the Russian Federation).
Everyone can check up the published database of election campaign, i.e. peoples can supervise election process directly.
Your vote to not deform, because you have official documents how you have voted and how your vote has been taken into account, and a substitution of the vote of even one voter is punished with deprivation of liberty within 5 years (Criminal Cord of the Russian Federation, article 141 and 142).

You can compare the recording on your ballot with the recording on a tape, and if they do not coincide to transfer to the public prosecutor the given proofs of the crime against your constitutional laws.
The tape with votes of voters is a subject of a historical storage. Places will suffice, because this tape defends the highest value of the Russian Federation, and also defends the state rudders and budgetary roubles, and defends incomparably better armies of notaries, which are not without places.
But the tape defends suffrages of citizens only if people defends it. Therefore everyone has the constitutional right to undersign on the back site of the tape and to receive the official document about this defence of the tape.

Today there are not devices of the state registration of votes, but members of election commissions can exercise functions of such devices - to registrate and certify ballots through slits in opaque screens.
